Information for foreign authors / participants

The IEEE International Conference on Technology for Education, T4E 2012 is coming to Hyderabad, India between July 18-20, 2012. It will provide a forum to bring together educators and technology experts interested in promoting learning and teaching through the use of technology. Proposals are invited from students, teachers and researchers in academia and industry to present results of their research and development efforts in education through the use of technology and discuss future directions. This is the fourth in a series of annual events with the first three having been held in Indian cities Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Chennai respectively.

Registration

Student Grant

Students, who are authors of accepted papers and are in need of grants from T4E 2012 to partially offset travel costs/registration fees, need to apply for grants by filling in the form Application form for Student Grants and enclosing a short resume not exceeding 2 pages.

The contents must be sent by email to tfore@iiit.ac.in with subject - "Application form for Student Grants" on, or before June 5, 2012 (Expired). Applications received later will not be considered.

History of T4E

The first International Conference on Technology for Education (T4E 2009) was held in Bengaluru, India during August 4-6, 2009. The workshop had 65 participants.

The second International Conference on Technology for Education (T4E 2010) was held at IIT Bombay, Mumbai during July 1-3, 2010 with 120 participants.

The third International Conference on Technology for Education (T4E 2011) was held at IIT Madras, Chennai during July 14-16, 2011 with 80 participants.
